Two victories for the 39-year-old Belgian after another fantastic ride.

Iljo Keisse gave the numerous fans in ‘t Kuipke something to celebrate about for the third consecutive day as he put on a dazzling display that elevated his team in the general classification ahead of what promises to be an intense and action-packed weekend.

Victorious at the Six Days of Gent on seven occasions, Iljo showed again his quality and experience in the first Madison race of the evening, which he won together with Jasper De Buyst after a pulsating finale. The duo were constantly on the attack, managing to gain a lap on the rest of the field together with two other teams, before Keisse outsprinted his opponents in the closing meters.

Later in the night, our rider took the spoils in the second Derny race – making it five wins for his team since the start of the event – before racking up another strong podium finish in the last Madison, a result that moved his team just outside of the top three overall.
