Our rider was again in the spotlight at the final six-day race of his career.

Iljo Keisse collected three podium places on the second night of the Six Days of Gent, including an electrifying victory that kept his team in contention at the event that runs until Sunday. Runner-up in the first points race of the evening and later on in the Madison, Keisse was constantly cheered on by the fans in ‘t Kuipke, and used that extra kick of adrenaline they gave him to capture the victory in what was the most spectacular event of the day, the scratch.

Iljo rode a perfect race in front of a packed house, defeating Jan-Willem Van Schip and adding ten points to the overall tally of the team, which now sits on a total of 63 points, just one lap behind the leaders of the competition.
