What is the delivery time?
Once all the steps have been completed and payment is done, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. We will process your order the same day, after which your order will be given to the carrier for delivery. Depending on the destination, the delivery can take some days.
What if I receive a wrong order?
If you receive a wrong order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you trade a product that is the wrong size?
It is possible for you to return your order via the link on our website or the link included in your last email listing your tracking number. Print your return label and stick this on your package. Drop the package at the post office or post service point and that's it. Returns in our stores are not possible.
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 business days of receipt. As long as the items are in their original condition (with hangtags), unworn, washed or altered. Items with make-up stains or perfume smell will not be taken back.
Refunds will be made to the bank account you paid with. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
