Biography of Marek

His passion for the sport was passed on by his father, who was a rider, then a mechanic, and later a trainer. Marek – whose favourite races are Milano-Sanremo and the Tour de France- began his professional career in the very first Polish professional team, MROZ, where he spent four years. A couple of seasons later, he joined the Wolfpack, and he is now in his ninth year with the squad, something from which he takes a lot of pride.

“Being a member of the squad is a great responsibility. I’m happy to be here, bring my contribution and see the trust of my colleagues in what I do. I feel like I’m part of something extraordinary”, said Marek, who has been a massage therapist for almost three decades.

When he’s not with the team, he loves to train his Rottweilers for dog shows and do some gardening, another passion of his.
