Biography of Juuso

With a background in Private Law and International & European Law, Juuso built a career combining strategy consulting and policy advisory roles, supporting both private and public sector clients across Europe. This dual perspective makes him well placed to oversee the strategic, operational, and legal dimensions of the team.

A lifelong cycling enthusiast, Juuso didn’t grow up in a cycling family, but in Flanders, it’s hard not to be drawn in. The epic Spring Classics – especially the battles between Tom Boonen and Fabian Cancellara – ignited his love for the sport. While his roots lie in the heartland of cobbled racing, his favourite event has always been the Tour de France – a three-week journey that brings together the very best riders, storylines, and tactical drama in all of sport.
