The 2013 UCI World Championships, in Tuscany, were revealed last weekend.
This is the first time the region has hosted Worlds.
There will be a 50.3km team time trial, a 55.5km individual time trial, and a 279.6km road race. The road race for the elite men is predicted to be one of the most challenging routes in more than 30 years.
