Building on the success of the Shine for Safety initiative, the team’s new kit introduces a bold evolution of our iconic blue livery, designed to maximise visibility, elevate rider safety, and perform in all conditions.

Soudal Quick-Step are proud to present our new 2026 kit, which represents an evolution of the team’s iconic blue identity. Designed with our partners Castelli, the new design incorporates a vivid electric-lime element, a deliberate move inspired by the Shine for Safety visibility campaign launched during this year’s Ardennes Classics.

Safety sits at the core of the team’s philosophy, influencing everything from rider education to equipment choice, and the introduction of electric lime reflects that commitment. By boosting on-road visibility during races, training rides, and everyday use, the kit enhances how quickly riders can be seen by other road users and is a simple but meaningful step toward improving safety. This is done while still maximising the visibility of our sponsors, including Safety Jogger who has an increased presence on the new kit, with their logo also featuring on the back of our shorts, sitting just under the logos of our title sponsors Soudal and Quick-Step, who also share our passion for safety.

The kit is the result of close collaboration with Castelli’s design and performance experts, who drew on decades of experience to form the perfect balanced design. Alongside the race jersey, Castelli has created a full range of apparel for all conditions, from cold-weather layers to lightweight summer garments ensuring riders maintain visibility and cohesion across the entire season. The famous wolf head logo appears on the back of the jersey, as does a gold star to denote that the team is the first to achieve 1000 UCI race victories, a milestone we passed earlier this year.

Speaking of the kit, Belgian rider Tim Merlier said: “We all spend a huge amount of time training on open roads, so anything that helps us be more visible is a big positive. I love that this kit keeps the team’s classic look but gives us that extra visibility. I will be very proud to wear this kit in some of the biggest races and hope it brings us lots of success.”

Steve Smith, Global Brand Manager, Castelli: “From the design side the Soudal Quick-Step 2026 maintains the team’s classic blue colours while introducing an element of visibility for safety, especially when seen from the back during training. Additionally, the jackets and vests for cold and wet conditions will be in the electric lime colour for visibility during training and racing. But it’s not just about visibility. The 2026 kits are more aerodynamic, lighter and the winter jackets gain breathability thanks to AirCore™, Castelli’s exclusive PFAS-free membrane technology developed with Polartec®.
