Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team has announced the selection that will participate in the Memorial Rik Van Steenbergen, a 194.9km one day race on Wednesday.
"Normally it's a parcour that favors the sprinter," Sports Director Rik Van Slycke said. "After 140km we then have a six lap circuit, 8km per lap, in the final. Normally it ends up in a sprint, so that is why we have chosen Fenn and Chicchi. Other riders we have chosen can get into the break, and can protect the team prior to the sprint."
