Today the cycling season 2015 started with the People's Choice Classic, a race over 51 kilometres in Adelaide. Two Etixx - Quick-Step riders finished in the top-10.
Marcel Kittel (Giant - Alpecin) won the race in front of Juan Jose Lobato (Movistar) and Wouter Wippert (Drapac Cycling). Etixx - Quick-Step rider Gianni Meersman finished 6th, Mark Renshaw crossed the line 9th.
The Etixx - Quick-Step riders selected for Tour Down Under will begin their UCI WorldTour season officially from the 20th to 25th of January.
