OPQS has announced the riders that will ride for their respective countries at the 272.2km UCI World Road Championship on Sunday.
Riders include: Serge Pauwels (Belgium), Michal Golas and Michal Kwiatkowski (Poland), Peter Velits and Martin Velits (Slovakia), Zdenek Stybar and Frantisek Rabon (Czech Republic) and Mark Cavendish (Great Britain).
